4 fillets of salmon (with or without skin)
1 tbsp of salt
3 eggs
1 tbsp of light soya sauce
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp of seasame oil
1 tbsp of sake (or white wine)
Directions:
- Preheat oven 220°C for 10mins.
- Sprinkle the salt onto salmon and make sure it's even covered. Keep the salmon in an air-tight container and chill for 5minutes.
- Beat eggs with light soya sauce, water, seasame oil and sake till combine. Steam for 10 - 13 minutes.
- Prepare salmon into skewers and place it onto roasting tray (tray for dripping purpose) and bake/grill for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Prepare your Don (rice as per individual preference) and topped with portion of steam egg and salmon. Sprinkle ground black pepper and serve.
