If you can’t find fresh/frozen raspberry you may replace with fresh strawberry.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;75gm Unsalted butter. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;60gm brown sugar&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Optional:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;Almond nuts chopped&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;Preheat oven to 180°C.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;‘Blitz all crumble……..breadcrumbs’ and follow below method.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_14epgl6_Rfc/SNeRGZoRxII/AAAAAAAABks/WQKPX-J34eM/s1600-h/DSC00755.JPG"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5248823429868668034" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_14epgl6_Rfc/SNeRGZoRxII/AAAAAAAABks/WQKPX-J34eM/s200/DSC00755.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Place flour in a large clean bowl. Make sure the bowl is dry. Cut butter into block sizes and place them into the flour. Coat the butter with flour and cut them into smaller pieces. Use your finger tips to rub the cut butter with the flour till like breadcrumbs. DON’T have to be fine breadcrumbs texture, as long as most butter is blended in. DO NOT KNEAD! After crumble is done, you may add in some almond nuts. MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_14epgl6_Rfc/SMOLrsbLCWI/AAAAAAAABfU/e10BOVaF5Po/s200/DSC02508.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Ingredients Serves 4:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 fillets of salmon (with or without skin)&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp of salt&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp of light soya sauce&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup of water&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp of seasame oil&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp of sake (or white wine)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preheat oven 220°C for 10mins.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sprinkle the salt onto salmon and make sure it's even covered. Keep the salmon in an air-tight container and chill for 5minutes. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Beat eggs with light soya sauce, water, seasame oil and sake till combine.
