Ingredients Serves 9:
Biscuit crumb base
120 g finely ground digiestive biscuits crumbs
50 g butter
40 g white/brown sugar
Cream cheese
1 block Kraft philadelphia cream cheese
75 g white sugar
35 ml lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
85 g sliced fresh strawberries
Directions:
- In a clean dry bowl, mix together crushed biscuits crumbs with butter and sugar.
- Press into a pan/container. Place in refrigerator until ready for use.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice till combine.
- Spread into pan/container prepared earlier.
- Top with sliced strawberries. Freeze for 1 hour, covered with foil.
Place in refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
